Returns & Refunds

The Real Firewood Company return and refund policy is 7 days. If 7 days have elapsed from your purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be able to return your purchase, it must be unused and in a saleable condition. It must be in the original packaging that has not been opened in any way.

To process your return, please contact sales@realfirewood.co.uk, to request a Return Authorisation Number. No refunds will be made unless a Returns Authorisation Number has been issued.

Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser, we do not refund postage.
